Stayed at this nice boutique hotel in Sandakan called @Ease Hotel recently. Very nice and clean & cheap too. Only RM110++ per night.
Relaxing in Bon Ton Restaurant & Resort after a hard day's work. Bon Ton's a chic place to hang loose. Nice and quiet environment with lots of good views. I'm having lobster satay. Delicious!
This assignment took us into the interiors of Sarawak, traversing jungle treks and off roads. A really long, hard and tiring journeys to parts of Sarawak undergoing road works, repairs and slope strengthening. We were tasked to value the heavy machineries used in these road works.
This is one of the very unique assignments that we have received thus far. As there is only one Underwater Aquarium in Malaysia, it was a real challenge valuing this asset. It was a great experience, learning and understanding how UWL works. A truly gratifying experience.
We were commissioned by a public listed company to value its Garment Plant in Suzhou, China. It's our first assignment overseas. The weather was cold at that time and we hardly break a sweat unlike our normal P&M assignments where we would normally sweat like pigs in closed and hot factory plants. After our inspection in Suzhou, we stayed a couple of nights in Shanghai. We visited the Shanghai Bund and several other tourist attractions and best of all, savoured the delicious local cuisines. A really fruitful trip.
This is one of the luxurious yachts in the Princess collection. The interior of the yacht is spacious with several rooms with attached baths. This yacht is like a floating hotel.
This small scale hydro plant is perched on top of Gunung Kenerong in Gua Musang, Kelantan. The journey up the hill is treacherous and torturous to my backside. But upon reaching the peak, the view is magnificent and the air pure and refreshing. There is a little hut for resting and we had some coffee and snacks. It was peaceful and serene.
