The Mayfair, Penang

The Mayfair, Penang is considered one of the most prestigious and luxurious condominiums located at the Millionaires' Row (Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah). Even the King bought a unit there, plus several celebrities and VIPs. Its market rate is about half the price of the condos in KLCC area.

Stayed at this nice boutique hotel in Sandakan called @Ease Hotel recently. Very nice and clean & cheap too. Only RM110++ per night.

Relaxing in Bon Ton Restaurant & Resort after a hard day's work. Bon Ton's a chic place to hang loose. Nice and quiet environment with lots of good views. I'm having lobster satay. Delicious!

Unkaizan

In a recent trip to Langkawi, I had the opportunity to savour some excellent Japanese cuisines at a nice cosy Japanese Restaurant known as Unkaizan or 'Wen' 'Hoi' 'San' in chinese which literally means Cloud, Sea & Mountain. Excellent service & food.
